ABOUT
Volt Capital Asia provides principal-level advisory to resource and infrastructure companies, investors, and governments across the Asia-Pacific region.
OUR STORY
Volt Capital Asia was established to address a fundamental gap in the resources and infrastructure advisory market. Headquartered in Singapore with coverage across five offices and three continents, the firm operates as a principal investor with deep sector conviction.
This structure is deliberate. It ensures that every recommendation — whether on a capital raising, an acquisition, a divestiture, or a strategic restructure — is informed by direct sector experience and principal commitment.
The team brings decades of experience across mining, energy, and infrastructure, with deep expertise spanning technical due diligence, financial modelling, transaction structuring, and regulatory navigation.
PRINCIPLES
Principal investors with deep sector conviction. Every recommendation is backed by skin in the game and institutional-grade rigour. This alignment of interest is the foundation of the firm.
Strategy without execution is commentary. Volt Capital Asia works at the transaction coalface — building models, structuring terms, negotiating agreements, and shepherding deals through to completion.
Transparent fee structures. Honest assessments — including when the best advice is to walk away. Long-term relationships built on trust, not transaction volume.
